What do we mean by cannabis oil?

Which cannabis oil is legal?

Hemp seed oil is a product rich in essential omega 3/6 fatty acids, alpha-linolenic acid (omega 3) and linoleic acid (omega 6) due to the pressing of the seeds. Hemp seed oil contains no cannabinoids. It is a very healthy oil, but it is not a CBD or THC rich cannabis oil.

The psychoactive effect occurs earlier with oral use.
